Air Velocity Unit for Driveways

The unit is housed in an IP66 polycarbonate box, with the sensing devices mounted externally. This device operates on the calorimetric effect.Two digital temperature-sensing devices are mounted externally. One of the sensors is exposed to airflow, while the other sensor is not exposed. The software in the unit makes a decision on whether there is sufficient airflow by comparing the two temperatures. The unit's trip-point is factory preset at an airflow of 0.3 metres per second.Optional additions include a fail to safe potential free output.
