BELT SPEED DETECTION

Belt movements are detected by a Spring-loaded revolving roller mounted underneath the Toughing Belt. A pulse sensor is mounted on the roller structure and monitors the pulses in "magnetic proximity mode".
The enclosure consists of a resin coated PC board populated with a lightning protection network, spring-loaded terminals and compression glands for cable parts and electronic system is completely isolated via the epoxy sealed speed sensor, thus maintaining the galvanic isolation of the unit from the conveyor structure.
The unit can only be used together with CTS 2000 Hecu Panel.
