INTRINSICALLY SAFE POWER SUPPLY

Type: ISPSLC

The CTS PSLC is an intrinsically safe Power Supply combined with a Line Check Unit (LCU) in an eleven pin pluggable enclosure.

The unit is powered for a stand-alone IS Transformer which is limited to an output on the secondary 14VAC RMS.

The power supply is 12 VDC with a maximum of 1.2 amps.

The End Unit is a voltage inverter which is powered from the power supply and in return transmits a negative voltage to the LCU hard wired via the normally closed contacts in each trip switch. Should this negative voltage disappear the LCU will drop the fail safe relay and will stop the conveyor.
